- One in-person meeting at your venue.

- Communicating with all vendors starting two weeks prior to the wedding day.

- Coordination of the wedding day.
Partial

Everything in the Coordination Package, PLUS:

- An additional four hours of consultation leading up to the event.
- Create all floor plans and diagrams.
- Oversee ordering of all rentals.
Full Service
$8,000
Everything in the Partial Planning Package, PLUS:
- Monthly check-in meetings.
- Research, negotiate, and review vendor contracts.
- Hotel block research and negotiation for client and guests.
- Guidance on obtaining a marriage license.
- Assistance in designing all aspects of making your vision come to life!
The above cost is our base price. An additional $250 charge will be added if your wedding has one of the following attributes: a Guest Count over 175, a Ceremony and Reception in two different locations, you are not hiring a florist, and/or the event is at an estate, home rental, or warehouse.
