- Assistance in designing all aspects of making your vision come to life!
The above cost is our base price, an additional $200 charge will be added if your wedding has one of the following attributes: Guest Count over 175, Ceremony and Reception are in two different locations, and/or the event is at an estate, home rental, or warehouse.

Coordination: $2,995
Our coordination package is for the couple planning their wedding and in need of a guide in the industry, a magician at timelines, and your fairy godmother on the wedding day. This package includes consulting with our team from the day you sign your contract! You will not find this at most other companies. We have found that by meeting with our clients periodically through the wedding planning process, we can better relieve stress and answer questions. We meet with all of our clients twice before the three-month mark, when we really dive in with them and their vendors. Orchestration of the rehearsal is also included in this package, as well as ten hours of on-site coordination from one of our amazing lead coordinators!
Partial Planning: $3,395
Our partial planning package (includes everything listed above, plus additional services) is for the organized couple who knows life can be stressful, small details can be forgotten and will need a little bit of extra help in the last few months before their wedding. We require this package for clients getting married at a venue that will need a full installation (estate/home rental/warehouse etc.).
Full-Service Planning: $7,000
Our full-service package is for clients who want a team leader to take them through each step of the wedding process.
Additional Charges
The above cost is our base price, and if your wedding has any of the following attributes there is a $200 extra charge because we require an additional assistant for your event: The guest count is over 175 people, the ceremony and reception are in two different locations, and/or the event requires a full install (estate/home rental/warehouse, etc.)
